Have you ever come across a stumbling block with weather conditions when taking photos? Sometimes in London, the climate just won't behave like you want it to... You need sun, you get rain. You need fog, you get a clear day. And forget about waiting for it to snow in this part of the earth!
But what if I was to tell you there's a way to get around this obstacle? This predicament inspired me to control the weather myself... Hence a 6 months long project on children's playthings.
Here are a few snaps I captured that portrays a mini world that I just couldn't find in London. An important part for each photo was where the charterer's feet were based. I needed to have them to placed in an environment that has the world shrunken down to their size. This effect would not have been possible on regular wooden or concrete surfaces.
Posing these badboys (and girls) was a fun project and really took me back to my childhood.
